As Conveyancing Manager for Goodman Law, Veronica manages all aspects of conveyancing in NSW and the ACT including sales and purchase of commercial, residential and rural properties. She has vast experience with leases, sub-divisions, re-zoned land, community title, unit and strata title plus off the plan titles. Additionally, Veronica is able to assist clients with property interests in Queensland. Veronica has decades of involvement in the Canberra property market with strong relationships with ACT and regional NSW real estate agents, bankers, individual and business clients. |
Ian McLennan - Conveyancer and Probate

Ian began his working life in the Commonwealth Bank, with twenty years in the area of documentation. Ian was subsequently employed by the Yass office of Elrington Boardman Allport for nine years in Property. Ian now advises individual clients of Goodman Law on all aspects of conveyancing, applying his years of experience in subdivision, easements, carriageways, covenants and stamp duty to property sales and purchases in NSW and the ACT. In addition, Ian assists our clients with wills, probate and estate planning, powers of attorneys and enduring guardianship nominations. Ian is a Justice of the Peace (NSW). |
Karen Cross - Conveyancer

As a Conveyancer, Karen prepares and manages property files for sales and purchases in the ACT and NSW. Karen organises all the documentation required for lodgement of conveyancing forms with government bodies. Prior to coming to Goodman Law, Karen had 7 years of experience in Canberra law firms in a variety of administrative and conveyancing roles. In addition, Karen has 20 years of involvement in the building industry where she has been a qualified interior designer. |
Ann Marie Miller - Administrative Assistant

Ann Marie provides administrative support to our conveyancing team, including the preparation of all new files; ordering, lodging or registering documents and liaising with various government departments for purchases and sales in both NSW and the ACT; the preparation of mortgage documentation for Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. Ann Marie transitioned to Goodman Law with the purchase of the Yass office of EBA. Prior to joining EBA in 2009, Ann Marie had over twenty years of experience in customer service and administration with the Commonwealth Bank in Canberra and Yass. |
