The legal practitioners at Goodman Law have complete freedom to focus on the needs of their clients as they are supported by a strong Administrative Department.

Jacqui Bettio – Associate Director Administration

Jacqui Bettio manages the Administration department including all aspects of the practice, finances and accounts and an overseeing role in recruitment, policy and quality for the Goodman Law office. She has Diplomas in Practice Management and Financial Management, and Law 9000 certification.

Jacqui brings an extraordinary balance of attention to detail and a commitment to improvement and change which benefits all Goodman Law clients and staff alike.

Prior to Goodman Law, Jacqui ran her own account management business in addition to working extensively in practice management in both accountancy and law firms in Australia and her native USA.

Susan Gosper – Reception

Suzi joined Goodman Law in February 2012 and welcomes clients at reception.

Her administrative duties include office management, filing and file creation, supporting our legal and administrative teams, and most importantly customer service.

Suzi has administrative and reception experience in a construction firm as well as customer service and staff management experience in hospitality. Her study has included a Cert II in Retail Operations and a Cert III in Business.

Leanne Ring – HR and Quality Manager

Leanne joined Goodman Law as our HR and Quality Manager in February 2010.

Leanne's background is in hotel management - overseeing large teams within 5-star hotels in Australia and NZ and introduced them to Total Quality Management Systems. Leanne attained the equivalent to Certificate IV in training and assessment and carried out workplace based competency training.

At Goodman Law, Leanne manages, employs, supports and develops all employees. She also ensures the continuance of the high standards set by our Law9000 accreditation.

Helen Graham - IT and Finance Manager

Helen undertakes two roles at Goodman Law. In Finance she manages invoicing, trust accounts, financial reporting and debtor control.

As IT Manager, Helen is responsible for managing the organisation's technologies and providing technology support and training including analysing systems and processes and maintaining workstations and networks.

She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Business Administration, having previously completed a Certificate III in Business and an Advanced Certificate in Office Administration.

Helen joined Goodman Law after a career in accounts, finance and office management spanning over twenty years with extensive experience in small business and law firms.

Anna Attenborough - Finance Assistant

At Goodman Law, Anna has responsibility for debtor control, processing invoices, trust accounting and related client liaison.

For the last six years, Anna has worked as a Senior Office Administrator at an international chartered accounting firm in Canberra where her tasks included debtor control, managing ATO deadlines, Company compliance with ASIC and managing trust accounts.

Anna has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.

Amanda Buckley - Administrative Assistant

Amanda joined Goodman Law in March 2010 commencing as receptionist before moving into legal support.

Her interest in the administration of the business has initiated a recent change and now Amanda works at Goodman Law as an Administrative Assistant, invoicing and providing training for new junior staff.

Prior to joining Goodman Law, Amanda worked in customer service within a large government regulatory authority.

Amanda is currently studying a Bachelor of Management.

Ann Marie Miller - Administrative Assistant

Ann Marie provides administrative support to our conveyancing team

Ann Marie transitioned to Goodman Law with the purchase of the Yass office of EBA. Prior to joining EBA in 2009 in administration support, Ann Marie had over twenty years of experience in customer service and administration with Commonwealth Bank in Canberra and Yass.

Madeline Chacos - Legal Administrator

As our Legal Administrator, Madi is responsible for the orderly progress of client matters from file creation through to archiving, organising both electronic and paper files to match the professional excellence required by Goodman Law’s Law9000 certification. Madi also manages the lodgement and retrieval of secure documents

Madi joined Goodman Law in October 2010 at reception, having completed Year 12 with a focus on business service, hospitality and legal studies. She has a Certificate II in Business Services and Administration.

Lheana Gavagna – Marketing Manager

Lheana ensures that Goodman Law's imagery and public persona is refined and consistent.

With a Business degree from NSWIT majoring in Marketing, Lheana commenced working for a series of consumer goods multinationals in Sydney in product management. A stint in the strategy department of a large advertising agency followed.

Over the last ten years, Lheana participated in family businesses in the areas of training and tourism prior to assisting Steven in establishing Goodman Law in 2006.
