Senior Associate

Harry Kay joined Goodman Law in February 2007 after three years in a national law firm. He initially completed an Economics degree at Monash University in 1990, and ran his own small business for thirteen years. This experience in Canberra provides a foundation to understanding the needs of our small to medium commercial customers.

Harry's interest in ongoing education is apparent in his recent completion of a Master of Laws Degree, and continuing study and accreditation in the field of advanced insolvency law and practice.

At Goodman Law, Harry specialises in litigation, insolvency and debt recovery. He pursues alternative dispute resolution methods in order to provide clients with timely and cost effective results.

Harry ensures client input at all stages of the litigation process. Our clients value his 'easy to work with' style and strong negotiation skills. Using this approach, Harry is able to achieve beneficial outcomes consistent with our client's expectations.

Harry is a member of both the ACT Law Society Committees concerning Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation.
